1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Personal care products
- Towels, bottles, and food containers
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at shonanu.store@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and a clear photo/video of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions or a replacement confirmation.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be made.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us immediately at shonanu.store@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Include images or videos of the packaging and the product for quick resolution.
7. Exchange Policy
If you’d like a replacement for a defective or damaged product, we’ll send it at no additional cost once the original item is returned.
