We aim to deliver your favorite products quickly, safely, and efficiently with the help of our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Partners

We ship all our orders via Shiprocket, which automatically assigns the best courier partner (like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, etc.) based on your delivery location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities usually receive orders within 3–4 days, while remote areas may take up to 7–10 days.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier load, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply for smaller orders or COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
  • Exact charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS from Shiprocket.
  • You can also track your order anytime on our website under “Track Order” using your tracking ID.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select products and pincodes.
  • For COD orders, please ensure your phone number and address are accurate for smooth delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed: Please wait 1–2 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Contact us immediately at shonanu.store@gmail.com, and we’ll raise an investigation with Shiprocket.
  • Damaged or Tampered: Do not accept the package. Take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct. Shonanu is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect details provided by the customer.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
